MAJOR {Why you select this major? Your professional lifestyle after receiving your degree.}

My major is Elementary Education. I selected this major because I like helping people, and I love children. I feel I have a lot to contribute to the educational field. Once I receive my degree, I hope to work in Natchez, Mississippi at one of the elementary schools. In a year or two of receiving my degree, I hope to work on my Master's Degree in Secondary Education. I would like to receive my Master's Degree from Alcorn State University.

Educational Technology {How will you use technology in your classroom? Reflections?}

I will use technology in my classroom, by having test on computers. I will incorporate technology by doing my gradebook on spreadsheets. Another way I would use technology in my classroom is by letting the children listen to music on CD's or DVD's on the computer.
